I'm very disappointed. I bought 37500 NX on March 2, 2010 but Nexon didn't charge my account. No transaction log was returned. I used Paypal services and the transaction is complete.
Despite I sent messages to Nexon using the "inquiry" link and using the compliant services of Paypal, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.
HERE IS THE DATA OF TRANSACTION:

I DEMAND AN EXPLANATION. I DEMAND A RESPONSE.
I AM THE BUYER , YOU ARE THE SELLER, THERE IS A PROBLEM, BUT YOU, NEXON, DON´T ANSWER MY MESSAGES!
NEXON IS EVADING ITS RESPONSABILITY. THIS IS NOT GOOD. I AM A FREQUENT BUYER, BUT IT´S UNBELIEVABLE THE SILENCE NEXON IS USING IN THIS PROBLEM.
I HOPE YOU ANSWER ME, NEXON.

Delete these informations and use customer support immediately. P.S: you are from Colombia, teorically you can't play this game -.-

all we can play this game -.- this play is online and is free... now he charge Nx and this doesn't appear.. Nexon charge the Nx to Zolpic_ ... The Customer support is very bad, Nexon never reply in Customer support.. I say this because i write three times in customer support and its always is in progress -.-

Has your post been deleted? Did it contain profanities? Then that is why.
Customer Support Teamwork is essential. It gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.

i m really bad in english and i would to say at you i have never ever received my nx on the 8 march 2010 by paypal
if you want add me friend in combat arms my character name is Xx-bessy-xX
my probleme is when i clik on for transaction
a windows with writed on "the transaction doesn't log exist " and i send reclamation by paypal at nexon and no response ok so add me friend in CAEU

Zalensia, thanks for your interest.
I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible.
Still I don't have any response from Nexon.
I deleted the infomation of the transaction in this post, however I sent this information by "inquiry" link in customer support, twice.
Paypal is sending messages to Nexon but there is not response.
