they can run game just look at the other games what nexon have and oh things do go wrong just like it dose in real life and if you dont like it just leave

They honestly can't, it's just 1 **** up after another. I can understand being loyal to a company if they are trying to provide a decent service, but they aren't even trying anymore. I bet this won't get fixed today, but the next time a cash item ****s up, it'll be fixed the same day.

im sry but the time is past to keep excusing them... ive been on their side for so long but this is jsut inadmissible... they just cant run the game properly, im not blaming anyone im just saying they cant run it so there is some things they can try... first find qualified ppl that has experience with this kind of games, or give the game to some other company that would be grateful just to run it (what we actually want, some dedicated staff) or i duno ... but seriously what u want that we do more? i think its unbelievable that some players still give money ... i bet if they would stop for a month (which wont happen cuz some have no hobbies) that this would change drastically..

Considering the fact that they received a mess from GameHi, I think we should give them a full year until we start complaining. It's not that easy to fix things and it's also not that easy to keep a whole community satisfied. They are trying and I personally understand that, and I'm not trying to excuse anyone.
Don't tell me that all the bugs that came during -The Revamp patch were expected (although that's why test servers are for), or that the hacking issues were expected... Especially the last part, just makes me think more and more that the Staff team is just really unlucky.
If this situation keeps up until March 2013 then really Nexon will have lived up to its reputation as having a not so good service. Although I don't think things like these will happen again. They'll surely take more security measures in the near future. After all: more players = more money.
