Thank you for your concern and helping us catch hackers and abusers by reporting them. However, we have noticed some users sent in an excessive amount of tickets for reports or false reports. To avoid an overload of tickets, please follow this guide:
- When you see a hacker / abuser, please remain calm and do not resort to insulting.
- Take screenshots or a video as proof where it is clearly shown that the user is hacking / abusing.
- Submit 1 ticket to the WarRock Customer Support, with the name of the hacker / abuser and your proof included.
If you have more than 5 screenshots, please do not send in multiple tickets in order to attach these. You can simply upload your screenshots on an image hosting website like imageshack.us or photobucket.com, and post the links to the images in your ticket message. That way you can link us to more than 5 screenshots in 1 ticket.
If you frequently report a lot of hackers, please, make a list of all your reports (including names and screenshots) and send them all together in 1 ticket. There is no need to send in 20 tickets / day for every hacker you wish to report, you can simply send in 1 ticket at the end of each day, including your list for that day. This will avoid an overload of tickets for us.
Please remember, we will always need valid (unedited) proof before we are able to take any actions against the person you are reporting.
