    Dear Heroes,

    Currently, there is an error regarding one of the reward items from [The Dekaron Warrior Returns] event. Out of the rewards, Super Blessed Potion (Qty: 100) item is bugged and only 1 is given out instead of 100.

    This issue will be fixed on 19th September through weekly maintenance and all users will be properly receiving 100 Super Blessed Potions on that day.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, and we would like to ask for your kind understanding regarding this matter.

    Dear Nexon Team,

    I would like to start up by saying that what follows is not in any way aggresive and therefore you should not feel in any way offended.

    We've had -The Revamp update since July. Since the update there have been numerous bugs, of which some have been indeed fixed. Weeks and maintenances keep passing and yet we see no serious bugs being fixed (i.e. the guild problem on Siz, Ice Castle and the most recent: Level 151 Wings quest).

    Now, I know that (as you say) you are working on those bugs and are doing your best. How can the players have faith in the Dekaron Team, when the only thing you people update is D-Shop? Even if you think of it in terms of money (because let's face it, it's all about money, even if you keep denying it), a stable and fully functional game attracts more people, and reasonably, more people equal to more money. Therefore, isn't the constant update of D-Shop meaningless?
    In other words, if you people wish not to accept this fact, you can think of it in a different perspective. Allegedly, you like what you do and find joy in helping the community / players. If this statement is accurate, everyone should be considering that the Dekaron Team works in their best way to fix the game and make its playerbase much bigger, since more players = more fun for everyone.

    Concluding, I'd like to say that despite your constant reassuring statements that everything will be sorted out, we see no change to the better whatsoever. All I ask (and I think I'm speaking for the community as well) is the announcement of a final date in which you will fix everything, regardless the time needed. We would much rather wait a day or two and have a fully functional game, than to keep having a buged game which is gradually fixed, over the course of many months.

    I agree with Serg, you couldn't fix ice castle, 3 days growth blessings, Phantomland/Elonom bosses, skill description, hacking issue and some other bugs after 3 months. But you could add tones of d shops items (50% talis, new costumes, Camuflage, Golden Keys & Boxes, 200% talis etc.). Keep that work up!

    GM's, don't get me wrong either please. I LOVE the game, that's one reason I try to help out here on the forums as much as I do. But not seeing any meaningful progress towards fixing those long-standing issues mentioned above makes it VERY hard to stay positive about Dekaron.

    It's ironic how they say they are constantly working on bugs and other related issues, and yet we keep getting 0 updates and lots of D-Shop stuff

    Thanks Ashley, from what you say, I can tell that I'm doing the same as you. I have a lot of faith in the game and the Dekaron Team, but lately, they keep letting everyone down. That's the reason I wrote that post earlier.
    Hopefully they will not ignore it and we will get an official word soon enough

    Well, this is just ridicoulus.
    I really have to question the abilities of the dekaron-staff to understand the informations presented to them in the tickets we write.

    I mean come on, i alone know 20+ ppl who all wrote tickets about the latest event-item-stack-bug.

    ALL OF US DID REPORT ALL THE BUGGED ITEMS !!!!! AND THE GMs ANSWERED TO THE TICKETS ACKNOWLEDING THE BUGS !!!!

    And yet we here have the proof that our beloved GMs think that only ONE out of the items is bugged.
    Seriously, why do you GMs reply to our tickets saying the bugged items are being worked on and then you come here and post of ONE of the items bugged only.......

    Why do you guys from the DK-Staff say "ok, bugged itemS ( pluralis !! ) acknowledged" to us and then seemingly in your brains have "ok, only 1 item bugged - acknowledged" ????

    I completely lose hope with this staff..... its unbelievable. dear lord, why are we sending tickets if you guys just keep misreading the tickets and give us misleading answers on them !

    Not only is this staff completely overworked, no - they also just seem unable to comprehend the informations given to them in the bugreport-tickets. omg.

    Yeah rewards form Vip Event. I have still open ticket about that. I didn't get reply for hmmm 5 or 6 months? I'm not sure. But most ridiculous, Nx Fallen said in game " That issue will be fixed in next maintance and every char will get reward one more time".
    BTW maybe we should make new "Bug list" ? Form last 4 months ?

    Their incompitence is indeed surprising.
    Even their events are not properly working, let alone updated content. I just hope a GM answers here soon

    And that is one of the saddest things thats totally wrong with NX:
    a.) GMs passing untrue informations to us from the "concerned department", both in tickets and here in the forums.
    b.) ofc they are presented with the fact that they got something totally wrong
    c.) and then they just ignore it.

    Instead that they, the GMs, begin to look why it is that they constantly are telling us one thing and the opposite holds true:
    "bug is fixed" when it is not ( remember the 5-min-recon-bug and the multiple sayings of our beloved GMs "bug is fixed" and baaamm you got it again next time dksq-server went down ? )

    "bugged items are acknowledged" when they seemingly doesnt comprehend that itemS means multiple items, not only one of those...

    "had to find out of bugs when we logged in with our privat chars" showing us that seemingly nil-zero-nada betatesting is made b4 applyin the patches 2 the realserver

    "the bugreport has been forwarded to the concerned department" when the concerned department is seemingly asleep since Nx took over DK ( or how could it be then that this 1-item-stack-bug is present since the VIP-event, has been reported and hasnt been fixed until this very day..... shows us how much the "concerned department" gives about us customers..... )

    I mean, really come on dear GMs. It really seems that there is some sort of communications-problem between your "concerned departments" when this kind of mess happens again and again and the GMs are given false/untrue/incomplete informations from the "concerned departments" to be presented to us costumers.....
